If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>Service Description<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TonyComm Group Ltd provides broadband internet access and related services to residential and commercial customers. The specific service plan, bandwidth, and pricing are outlined in your service agreement or welcome letter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>Eligibility and Registration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers must be 18 years or older to subscribe. Accurate information must be provided during registration and must be kept up-to-date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. <strong>Billing and Payments<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Billing Cycle:<\/strong> Monthly in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Payment Methods:<\/strong> M-Pesa, bank transfer, and other approved channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Late Payments:<\/strong> A grace period of 1 day is allowed; services may be suspended thereafter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reconnection Fee:<\/strong> KES 0 for reconnection after disconnection due to non-payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. <strong>Acceptable Use Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree not to use our services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For unlawful purposes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To distribute malware, spam, or harmful content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To infringe on copyrights or intellectual property<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To abuse or attempt to hack the network<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to monitor usage and take appropriate action for any violations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. <strong>Data Privacy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We value your privacy. If excessive usage is detected, we may reduce speed temporarily or request plan upgrade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. <strong>Service Availability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While we strive for 99.9% uptime, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical faults, or issues beyond our control. We are not liable for losses arising from such downtime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. <strong>Termination<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day notice. TonyComm reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of breach of terms, fraud, or illegal activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. <strong>Liability Limitation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TonyComm shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loss of data, revenue, or business due to service disruptions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Issues arising from third-party devices or apps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. <strong>Amendments<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These terms may be updated periodically. Customers will be notified via email or SMS. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. <strong>Governing Law<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
